The Chinese copy of the Jog engine is known as the 50cc, 2-stroke scooter 1PE40QMB engine. It's an exact clone of the standard Mineralli A/C engine. The Minarelli Jog Liquid Cooled engine is only found in European scooters and one or two Japanese Yamaha versions. Many Italian popular made brands such as Benelli, Aprilia, Italjet, and Malaguti use the Liquid Cooled Minarelli versions.
The Minarelli 2-stroke engine has been the cornerstone of the scooter industry for the past twenty years. It is reliable and easy to repair. Next to the new 4-stroke GY6 139QMB 50cc engine, it is the most common engine on the market. You can find the Minarelli based engine on small ATV's, Go Karts, Mopeds, and Scooters. It is fast, economical, and easy to repair.
