This charger is designed to charge 12v (0.5A) batteries. This unit is a manual charger and care must be taken to prevent over-charging. Manual settings do not shut off and the battery charge level must be monitored to avoid over charging and damaging the battery. While charging, manual chargers must not be left unattended as severe battery damage or other hazardous conditions may result. We recommend monitoring the battery's condition at 1 to 2 hour intervals until full charge is reached.
