DAELIM GROUP, an industrial giant in South Korea, produces in its DAELIM MOTOR division motorcycles and scooters since 1962 in cooperation with Honda. Daelim has exploded onto the U.S. scooter scene since 2004. They carry a full range of automatic scooters from 50cc to 250cc. They also manufacture ATVs.
The Daelim line-up uses 50cc Honda Dio based engines, 125cc Honda KDU, and 250cc Kymco engines. However, these engines are not the same as the Honda engines they are based on, so please use only Daelim specific parts since the regular Honda parts might or might not work. The best selling Daelim upgrade is the 250cc to 300cc upgrade kit. We suggest changing the camshaft, cylinder, and upgrading the air filter for a truly unique riding experience. |
