All of our non-Chinese on-road vehicles are sold with a limited 24 month manufacturer warranty from the date of receipt. We guarantee that all of our vehicles are brand new and in the original manufacturer's crate or box free from defects. The warranty covers only factory defects and is on a parts exchange basis only. Any outside repair labor charges, down time, towing or shipping charges are not covered under warranty. We do not cover misuse or broken parts caused by the user. All warranty is non-transferrable.

Brake / Clutch Levers Steering Stem Bearings Floor Boards / Pegs
Oil / Fuel Filters Grips Motor Mount Bushing
Body Panels / Mirrors / Windshields Racks / Trunks / Locks Seats

Any damage which results from the following are not covered by warranty:
  • Unavoidable natural disasters, fire, collision, theft, improper storage or transportation
  • Negligence of the periodic maintenance, improper repairs or adjustments or maintenance, excessive riding or using the vehicle when it is under duress such as overheating
  • Using vehicle as a rental vehicle or commercial use
  • Unauthorized modification made to the vehicle, installing performance parts or components on the vehicle that changes the original engineering
  • Issues found to be the direct result of dropping or crashing of vehicle
  • Warranty is not valid unless assembled, inspected (PDI) and maintained by a certified technician.
  • Defective warranty part(s) are required to be returned to exchange for new replacement part(s).

ALL VEHICLE SALES ARE FINAL. There are no returns on scooters, go karts, ATVs or any off-road vehicles due to shipping expenses.

There is no refund or exchange on parts for the following:
  • Wrong size order on any parts such as tires, rims, big bore cylinder kits, etc. It is the buyer's responsibility to determine what size the vehicles require before placing the order.
  • High Performance / Aftermarket Parts.
  • Electrical Parts.
  • Body Panels, Cowlings, Frames.
  • Special orders, tools, clearance items, and manuals.
  • Most of our orders are processed within the first business day your order is received through an automated computer system. For this reason all cancellations/changes are subject to our return policies including a 6% cancellation processing fee.


Scooter Dynasty requires a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for product being returned to the company. To obtain an RMA, please follow these instructions:

1. Email and describe what you want to return, why you want to return it and the sales order number associated with the product. If approved, you will receive an email with an RMA #.
2. No returns over 30 days from the invoice date will be accepted.
3. If a return is being requested due to an error on the part of Scooter Dynasty, a call tag will be issued for the return. Freight will not be charged.
4. If a return is being requested through no fault of Scooter Dynasty, freight is the responsibility of the customer. Returns must be sent via trackable method. Please insure the contents of the package in case of damage by the shipper.
5. Returns must come complete in their original packaging.
6. If you need a replacement right away, Scooter Dynasty will charge you for the item. You will be credited once the return item is received and processed.
7. Place the merchandise in a corrugated box meant for shipping. Package it properly for safe shipping.
8. Write your RMA# legibly on the side of the box with a marker. All returns must have an RMA#.
9. Ship the box to Scooter Dynasty. Our address is: 2021 E. Gladstone St, Unit K, Glendora, CA 91740.
10. When the merchandise arrives it will be processed by our returns department within 10 business days.
11. There will be a 30% restocking fee for all returns unless the return is the result of our error.
12. Scooter Dynasty reserves the right to deny a return on items damaged by the customer during installation or during return shipping.
13. Special orders, performance parts, electrical parts, tools, and manuals are NOT refundable.
