WARRANTY & RETURNS

STOCK PARTS: Qualified items are covered under a 30-day Manufacturers Defect Warranty. If the product is or becomes faulty within the time period, please contact us for a return and we will ship you a brand new one, upon receipt of the original item. Scooter Dynasty reserves the right to deny warranty claims on items that have been damaged by misuse, incorrect installment, and/or other faults not due to Manufacturer’s defect. Not all replacement parts come with instructions. It is the customer's responsibility to have common knowledge of installation or hire an experienced installer. We are not responsible for any damage that may be caused by any of the items we sell, whether installed by you or a professional. We are not required to provide step by step instructions or technical support. In any case, we will always do our best to help you with any technical questions that you may have.

PERFORMANCE PARTS: We do not warranty any of these items or sell/approve for street use. Performance items come with the original manufacturers warranty against factory defects. Not all performance/upgrade parts come with instructions. It is the customer's responsibility to have common knowledge of installation or hire an experienced installer. We are not responsible for any damage that may be caused by any of the items we sell, whether installed by you or a professional. We are not required to provide step by step instructions or technical support. In any case, we will always do our best to help you with any technical questions that you may have

TOOLS: We do not warranty or accept returns on tools.

MANUFACTURER WARRANTIES: scooterdynasty.com is not responsible for any shipping costs incurred on valid manufacturer warranty claims; the customer assumes full shipping responsibility.

MANUALS AND BOOKS: We do not warranty or accept returns on any manuals, books or publications of any kind.

ENGINES: scooterdynasty.com has a no-return policy on all engines, barring manufacture defect or shipping damage.

There is no refund, return or exchange on parts for the following:
  • Wrong size order on any parts such as tires, rims, big bore cylinder kits, etc. It is the buyer's responsibility to determine what size the vehicles require before placing the order.
  • High Performance, Aftermarket Parts.
  • All Electrical Parts.
  • Fuel related items such as carburetors, fuel filters, fuel injectors, fuel pumps, fuel tanks, etc.
  • Body Panels, Seats, Windshields, Cowlings, Frames, Forks, Racks, Top Cases, Trunks, etc.
  • Special orders, tools, clearance items, and manuals.
  • Most of our orders are processed within the first business day your order is received through an automated computer system. For this reason all cancellations/changes are subject to our return policies including a 6% cancellation processing fee.

RETURNABLE MERCHANDISE:

Scooter Dynasty requires a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for product being returned to the company. To obtain an RMA, please follow these instructions:


1. Email sales@scooterdynasty.com and describe what you want to return, why you want to return it and the sales order number associated with the product. If approved, you will receive an email with an RMA #.
2. No returns over 30 days from the invoice date will be accepted.
3. If a return is being requested due to an error on the part of Scooter Dynasty, a call tag will be issued for the return. Freight will not be charged.
4. If a return is being requested through no fault of Scooter Dynasty, freight is the responsibility of the customer. Returns must be sent via trackable method. Please insure the contents of the package in case of damage by the shipper.
5. Returns must come complete in their original packaging.
6. If you need a replacement right away, Scooter Dynasty will charge you for the item. You will be credited once the return item is received and processed.
7. Place the merchandise in a corrugated box meant for shipping. Package it properly for safe shipping.
8. Write your RMA# legibly on the side of the box with a marker. All returns must have an RMA# and must be returned within 30 days of approval. NO EXCEPTIONS
9. Ship the box to Scooter Dynasty. Our address is: 2021 E. Gladstone St, Unit K, Glendora, CA 91740.
10. When the merchandise arrives it will be processed by our returns department within 10 business days.
11. There will be a 30% restocking fee for all qualified returns unless the return is the result of our error.
12. Scooter Dynasty reserves the right to deny a return on items damaged by the customer during installation or during return shipping.
13. Special orders, performance parts, electrical parts, panels, body parts, tools, and manuals are NOT refundable.
